I want to help you get results a lot faster than I did, without the overwhelm of information-overload, the sinking feeling of doing it all alone, or the tens of thousands of dollars I spent learning everything that I did.
See, I've had relationships after the one with the initial abuser, which was the worst. As I learned and sharpened my skills, I became very good at identifying deception and motives in potential partners. I became good at trusting my intuition. I knew how to recognize when it was time to walk away.
I dove deep into figuring out why abusers chose me as a target - it was as if I drew them in magnetically.
I looked into childhood trauma, ancestral patterns, and karmic imprints.
I've released trauma that was trapped in my body and causing mysterious health issues.
I've built my own privacy phone and laptop, making me a more difficult target for stalkers.
And I am ready to help you do the same to reclaim your freedom!

I've created resources for 3 stages of healing from emotional trauma:
Level 1: Sparrow Set Free
You are either stuck in a relationship with an abusive partner, or you are fresh out of one. The emotional wounds are fresh, the overwhelm is tangible, the confusion makes it hard to take action. You are physically and mentally exhausted. Your health may be teetering. You feel distant from your friends because your abuser kept them away. Maybe you feel disconnected from God and find it hard to trust yourself because you feel out of tune with your intuition. It feels as if you've forgotten how to have fun because you were constantly in 'survival mode'. You feel like a zombie marching through life, barely existing, clinging to a small thread of hope - you know there's more to life than this.
Level 2: Phoenix Rising
You are out of the 'danger zone' and you're ready to do whatever it takes to heal on a profound level. There are things that startle you. There is constant tension in your body, especially your jaw, throat, and hips. Your energy levels are not yet where you want them to be. Maybe even certain bodily functions are not functioning properly - you know it's your nervous system feeling 'fried', and you're looking for a proven roadmap to full recovery. You have some good days, but other days the heavy intensity of all the traumatic things you've experienced come crashing down on you and you cry uncontrollably. Your inner critic is relentless at times. You want to leave it all behind you, but you don't know what to do to let it go.
Level 3: Soaring Eagle
You've done the inner work. You rarely get triggered anymore. You have plenty of beneficial friendships... But something is lingering that keeps you from flying to the next level of life and you can't seem to find exactly what it is. You're attracting better potential partners, but they still aren't exactly what you're looking for. Maybe you have 'down days' that hit you certain times of the year or under certain conditions.
